Selection and feedback

Photo selection
What it doesYour client's picks link straight to the files you uploaded, so there are no file numbers to cross-check.
LimitsConditions such as how many photos can be picked may vary by project.
Image markup
What it doesMark the exact spot on a photo or design draft and leave a comment there.
LimitsThe creator still makes the changes in their own editing tools.
Video and design review
What it doesDepending on the project setup, video gets timecoded comments and designs are reviewed version by version.
LimitsIt doesn't edit or convert source video.
Project chat
What it doesQuestions and requests that come up during review stay inside the project.
LimitsNew messages aren't guaranteed to trigger an email or text.

Revision rounds
What it doesEach revision is published to the same project as round 1, round 2 and so on.
LimitsThe creator sets the number of revision rounds in project settings.
Payment confirmation
What it doesThe creator checks the payment, then marks the project as paid.
LimitsThere are no automatic payments or automatic payment checks.
Final download
What it doesOnce payment is confirmed, the client downloads the final files the creator has published.
LimitsAgree on how long files are kept and in what format with your creator.

Board and list
What it doesSee every project by status on a board or in a list, and search them.
Calendar
What it doesCheck project dates month by month.
Client details
What it doesRegister the client's name and phone number. The last four digits of that number verify client access.

Not every feature is switched on for every project. Settle these with your creator before you start.
